Candi Perry is a Broker Associate with Fine Properties and a Lakewood Ranch real estate professional with deep roots in Manatee County. A lifelong Florida resident, Candi brings a rare combination of local knowledge, real estate experience, strong negotiation skills, and firsthand understanding of the communities she serves.
Her connection to the area spans generations. Her family has deep ties to Florida and Manatee County, from her parents meeting while working at Tropicana to earlier generations of her family immigrating from Cuba and becoming part of Florida's history. Growing up in the area gives Candi a perspective that goes well beyond simply knowing the real estate market—she knows the communities, their growth, and what makes this part of Florida such a special place to call home.
Candi began her real estate career as an appraisal assistant in Sarasota, developing an early foundation in property valuation and market analysis. After building a successful career in sales, she returned to real estate and has spent the past eight years helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Florida market. She later earned her Florida Broker Associate license, further expanding her expertise in the industry.
Specializing in Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding Manatee County area, Candi works extensively with new construction, resale homes, relocation clients, and investment properties. Her relationships with area builders and new construction communities help her stay informed about inventory, incentives, and opportunities throughout the region.
Candi is also the founder of Lakewood Ranch Friends and Neighbors, a local Facebook community with more than 12,500 members. Through the group, she stays closely connected to the people, businesses, development, events, and conversations shaping Lakewood Ranch—insight that is particularly valuable for clients relocating to the area.

Outside of real estate, Candi enjoys baking, traveling, movies, photography, and exploring everything Florida has to offer with her son and two dogs.
